Had a nice outing March 20, 2005.  Two people and we fished Rocky Slough and the land cut picking up many 14 7/8" trout but managed to box 18 from 16 to 21 inches. Fished  Rocky early to avoid wind then moved into the cut when wind got up.  This time of year, wind is always a factor. Friday, wind was 30MPH by noon. Saturday, went back to Rocky and spent day drifting to the rocks and popping a cork with live shrimp. Picked up numerous throw backs but boxed 10 trout along with one oversized red, one big drum and three smaller ones. 

 Looking forward to a productive year with an abundance of fish.  New regulations on trout, in my opinion, will result in many 25 inch trout floating belly up.  The fisherman that boxes a 25 incher early in the day and then snags a 30 incher, you tell me what he will do......

Charter Captains will have to regulate that if they can.
